Capstone Experience
The Molloy Capstone: Like No Other
Our signature Capstone course is the culmination of the Molloy Business School experience.
Taken in the senior year or last semester of graduate studies, students are challenged to utilize their content area expertise, communication skills, and business disposition to work for not-for-profit or governmental entities to solve a current business problem providing a turnkey solution of continuing value.
Some examples of the types of projects students engaged in include: suggestions for rebranding, website redesign, exploring grant opportunities, social media development, fundraising, recommending the ideal organizational structure, recruitment of board members for succession planning, and cost-benefit analysis of international expansion.
Capstone 10th Anniversary
In 2023, we celebrated the 10th anniversary of our Capstone program and asked alumni, clients, and faculty to reflect on their experiences.

To come together at the end of college and really apply what you’ve learned, was really second-to-none in what I’ve done throughout my career.
