Online Graduate Credit Courses

Program Description
These online workshops are designed for teachers seeking professional development. The workshops are not offered towards a degree, but each workshop fulfills 24 hours of Continuing Teacher and Leader Education (CTLE) continuing education credit. (If you are seeking coursework offered online that is offered for graduate credit and also qualifies for CTLE credit, please click here). Please note that you should check with your district to see if the courses would be appropriate for in-service credit.

These six-week online courses are the perfect way to learn a new skill or enhance your existing ones. Workshops are project-oriented and include lessons, quizzes, hands-on assignments, discussion areas, supplementary links, and more. You can complete any workshop entirely from your home or school, any time of the day or night. You'll need to spend roughly two to four hours each week completing two engaging lessons in an enjoyable, interactive learning environment. Expert faculty develop and lead every course, and you'll be able to interact with them and with fellow teachers in lively online discussion areas. However, the course is not conducted "live". You are able to log-in at any time to take your lessons. New sessions start every month, so you can sign up anytime. Upon completing a course with a passing score, you'll get a certificate of completion from Molloy University. Click here for an overview of the online course lessons, assignments and requirements.
