Class Night
Class Night & Hooding Ceremony
Class Night and the receiving of your hood is one of the first celebrations to mark your Commencement from Molloy University. The Dean of your school will “hood” you at this special event. Students may choose to have their hoods placed on them by Molloy University Alumni if they are immediate family members (mother, father, son, daughter, sister, brother, husband or wife ONLY). Also, your relative must have graduated from an equal or higher degree program here at Molloy University and must wear academic attire.
All students participating in this event must wear academic attire consisting of gown, cap and tassel. Please remember to bring your purchased hood with you on this special day. Graduates will receive more information from their respective schools.
