Residence Halls

Fitzgerald Hall opened its doors for the first time in 2011 and welcomed the first-ever residents of Molloy University. Located on the south side of the campus near Kellenberg Hall and the Sacred Heart Chapel, the three-floor, co-educational building houses 150+ students and is equipped with Double, Single, and Suite-style rooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, study/recreational lounges/spaces, and a lobby. A 24/7 staffed security desk is also set up at the front door to maintain who has access to the building.

There is a Resident Assistant (RA) assigned to each floor/wing of all three residence halls. Residents have access to all communal spaces and amenities in all three buildings. All operations and activities of the residence halls and the department are overseen by a professional staff consisting of the Director of Residence Life and two Residence Life Coordinators. Room Sizes: All rooms are equipped with the following furniture per resident:  1 adjustable bed frame with an extra-long mattress, 1 desk and chair, 1 wardrobe with 2 drawers, and 2 under-the-bed dressers with 2 drawers.

• Standard Double Room: Approx. 215 sq. ft. (18' x 12')
• Standard Triple Room: Approx 215 Sq Ft (18' x 12)
• Standard Single Room: Approx. 148 sq. ft. (18' x 7.25')
• Suite Single: Approx. 96 sq. ft. (8' x 12')
• Suite Double: Approx. 140 sq. ft. (10' x 14')
• Suite Common Room: Approx. 220 sq. ft. (10' x 22')

Maria Regina Hall opened its doors for the first time in August 2014. Maria Regina Hall is located on the south side of campus near Kellenberg Hall. The three-floor, coeducational building houses approximately 100 students and is equipped with Triple, Double, Single, and Suite-style rooms, bathrooms, a laundry room, a common room with a computer lounge, and a cardio fitness center. A 24/7 staffed security desk is also set up at the front door to maintain who has access to the building.

Bogner Hall

opened its doors in August 2019. Bogner Hall is located on the south side of campus near Maria Regina and Fitzgerald Halls. The three-floor coeducational building houses approximately 95 students and is equipped with double and triple-style rooms, bathrooms, a common lounge, computer lounges/study areas, a laundry room, and practice rooms. A 24/7 staffed security desk is also set up at the front door to maintain who has access to the building.
