In 2010, Cathleen began working for the International Education Department at Molloy University. Cathleen also worked for the Office of Mission and the President's Office before becoming part of the newly-formed Student Solution Center. Quick to adapt and armed with an arsenal of skills, Cathleen's diverse skill set and positive attitude made her transition to the position of Student Solution Center Counselor a seamless one. Cathleen has a vast knowledge regarding all aspects of academic life and is always available and eager to help Molloy's students.

Cathleen sees the positive impact the SSC has on students and views it as "the place where Molloy students come to find solid solutions to their difficulties, within a friendly and supportive context." Cathleen guarantees that the SSC team "can simplify the process, minimize the confusion and optimize the results."

In her free time, Cathleen enjoys being with her two daughters, reading a good book, going out with friends and the traditional Sunday dinner with family. In the summer, all of her free time is spent on the beach and in the winter you can find Cathleen watching a Ranger game.
