The Student Solution Center is a "one-stop shop" where students can get answers to questions related to registration, billing and financial aid, with an emphasis on exceptional customer service. The SSC team is cross-trained and committed to providing students with accurate information to keep their college career on track. The SSC offers workshops and hosts events on Registration, Lion's Den, and other pertinent topics. Students who are confused about any process at Molloy should make the Student Solution Center their first stop. We are here to help!
What can the Student Solution Center help with?
- Assist students with navigating Lion's Den and Canvas
- Instruct students on how to change their major or add a minor
- Answer questions about registration including when and how to register and who to contact for advisement
- Clarify course withdrawal policies and deadlines
- Answer questions about billing statements and financial aid
