Asynchronous Online Format
The online course run for about 5-6 weeks and are not taught in "real time", meaning students do not have to attend at a given time. You can log on at any time to take the course. However, there will be assignments that will be due at specific times. The courses will use our online learning platform, Canvas, to conduct the courses. Click here for more information on Canvas.
In-Person Format
The courses will meet in-person on the Rockville Centre campus. Your room assignment and travel directions will be sent shortly before the start of classes.
Hybrid Format
The courses will be taught part online asynchronously through Canvas and part either in-person on campus or online in real time using Zoom.
The summer schedule of classes is generally available on this webpage in February, the fall schedule is usually available in April and the spring schedule is generally available in September.
Spring 2024 Institutes Schedule of Classes
Registration for the Spring Institutes will begin on October 23, 2024.

Please note: when you search for the term please select "2024 Spring Institute" as the term in the drop down. If you put in the term "2024 Spring" it will include the non-discounted courses that you are not eligible to take.
