Molloy University is committed to promoting shared governance, enhancing compliance and operational efficiency, improving fiscal controls and encouraging ethical and responsible behavior. The Office of Compliance is responsible for the administration of University contracts; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations, and executive orders; overseeing litigation matters and insurance claims; reviewing institutional policies and procedures; and establishing tools, practices, and policies to analyze and manage risks.
