Alumni Association Mission
The mission of the Molloy University Alumni Association is to promote the educational purposes, interests, and general welfare of Molloy University; to encourage the alumni to provide financial and volunteer support to the University; to respond with a strong sense of commitment to alumni recruitment and programming; to develop and maintain integrated relationships with the community; to foster alumni involvement with current and prospective students. The Molloy University Alumni Association affirms the honor and intrinsic, religious, education, ethical and cultural values established by the Founding Sisters and is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning community that focuses on respect for each person, and leadership through service as reflected in the Molloy University Vision Statement.

Officers and Representatives-at-Large
The Alumni Association Board has a two-year-term. There can be as many as two Representatives from each five-year period since 1959.

The Alumni Association sponsors and participates in many Molloy University events. Below is an overview of the annual events, but many more are scheduled throughout the year.

Networking
Molloy alumni interact with one another and our current students to exchange information and develop contacts, particularly to further one's career and personal development. Alumni are encouraged to connect with other Molloy graduates to further one another's success. The Alumni Association events all foster networking. Alumni who want to create a specific affinity group for networking should contact the Office of Alumni Relations.

Involvement
MEMBERSHIP COMMITTEE
Attend events, assist in planning alumni outreach and engagement activities and in the annual nomination process of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and Representatives-at-Large.
EVENTS COMMITTEE
Assists the Office of Alumni Relations in the identification of themes and development, planning and implementation of alumni events.
GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE
Revises by-laws and Alumni Association Board policies and procedures, and supports the Board's annual nomination process.
AWARDS COMMITTEE
Oversees the Alumni Association Board Awards process including call for nominations and selection process.

Engagement
When you graduate from Molloy University you are still part of the Molloy family. All graduates of Molloy University are members of the Alumni Association and are welcome to participate in Alumni Association events, join committees and attend Board meetings. The Alumni Association Board meets approximately eight times each academic year. This is a great way to stay connected and involved with your alma mater.
