Organizational Effectiveness
Office of Organizational Effectiveness
Organizational Effectiveness supports Molloy University by leading the institution’s efforts in continuous improvement, records management, and data/information governance. The foundational principle driving our work is that Molloy’s mission is best accomplished through data-informed decision-making and ongoing quality improvement. The Organizational Effectiveness team works collaboratively with departments across the University to ensure the organization has the tools and information necessary to be a leader in higher education.
Organizational Effectiveness leads and manages organization-wide data governance by improving the quality and integrity of data, and developing and implementing policies and procedures related to data governance and records retention/management. Organizational Effectiveness works with departments and individuals to implement process improvement measures, enhancing the student and employee experience and improving operational efficiency.
