    Linda Silva-Thompson, Ph.D., Dean of Student Success and Assessment, is responsible for assisting students with access to support and counseling, verifying the legitimacy of academic policy exceptions, advising faculty on student interactions, and represents students’ interests in academic policy and procedures.

  • Learning Services: Writing & Subject Tutoring

    Molloy's Academic Learning Services includes the Writing Center, subject Tutoring, and the Learning Commons. Its mission is to provide undergraduates and graduates with peer and professional assistance geared toward developing skills and strategies that support student well-being and academic success. Contact information for each service is listed below: 

    The Writing Center supports the development of writing skills, including assistance with academic papers, with an emphasis on using grammar correctly and the appropriate use of research documentation styles. Online consulting is available.

     

    Tutoring Services provides free academic support, including remediation and supplemental help in a nurturing environment. Virtual tutoring is also available.

     

    The Learning Commons is designed for Walk-In assistance for writing and subject tutoring, no appointment necessary! Visit the Virtual Learning Commons page to see all available services, including scheduling time with a librarian, writing, or subject specialist, booking a study room, and more!

  • James E. Tobin Library

    The JET library provides reference, instruction, technical and patron services while providing access to reserves, articles, journals, databases, journals, interlibrary loan, and more. Library electronic resources can be accessed through Canvas (without a student ID) by clicking on the library icon.   • Center for Access and Disability

    Center for Access and Disability provides reasonable accommodations and services to any student with a documented disability or chronic illness.

  • Technology Support Services

    The Help Desk is the University's central contact point for questions about the use of information technology. Technology support is available for employees and students of the College during any periods of instructional, administrative or operational change.
